With more than 10 years' experience in the food and beverage industry and a good knowledge of the Trois-Rivieres artistic community, Julie Balleux has combined her two passions into a single job managing the Bistro aux Confluents.  She is in charge of the Bistro's development and structural implementation by searching for and selling mainly local products, by showcasing the unique space offered by the terrace, all the while ensuring the offer of personalized service that meets customers' expectations in every way.
